What is a motet?

A motet is a form of medieval music that often combined sacred and secular themes, sung in polyphony (more than one voice, singing in harmony).

The first song in this motet is Aucun vont sovent. It is a fairly swift French song in praise of love. The second song is Amor qui cor vulnerat. It is a fairly slow Latin song giving a warning about love - it wounds the heart. The third song is a standard part of the Latin Mass (Catholic Church service): Kyrie eleison, which is actually in Greek.
