Praeterea non videtur contradictio quin Deus potest dare alicui peccatori visionem suae essentiae in illo instanti in quo dat sibi gratiam; nec multo magis est aliqua contradictio quin in illo instanti in quo potest sibi dare gratiam, acceptet eum ad vitam aeternam.
Compounds of quis: aliquis
The prefix ali- means “some,” and when paired with the pronoun quis, “who,” it means “someone.”
It can also be used as an adjective, as Ockham uses it above: aliqua contradictio, “some contradiction.”
Aliquis is declined just like quis, except that aliqua is used instead of aliquae in the feminine nominative singular and neuter nominative and accusative plural.
